Today I would like to introduce Taiyo Market's recommended wheat noodles.
Wheat noodles are very popular in Japan, Asia, and all over the world. You may not be familiar with the word wheat noodles, but ramen and udon are also wheat noodles, so imagine a very familiar taste.
There are many types of wheat noodles.
For example...Hong Kong noodles, cloud noodles, Fuzhou noodles, scallion oil noodles, liang noodles, drum oil king noodles, shrimp noodles, sword-shaved noodles, etc.
There are really many different types of wheat noodles. please

Ultra-thin Hong Kong noodles
First of all, the best batter is " Hong Kong noodles ".
These ultra-thin noodles are popular in Hong Kong and Guangdong and have a strong chewy texture, which some people may remember fondly from their trip to Hong Kong.
Hong Kong noodles are the noodles used in Hong Kong's cloud noodles.
These are chewy and chewy noodles with a rich flavor of eggs made by hardening flour and eggs with brine. Add to boiling water and stir for about 45 seconds until cooked. For the soup, we recommend a thin seafood or chicken soup.
Guangzhou and Hong Kong are among the few regions in mainland China that have "non-spicy" cuisine. We recommend adding wontons (we have frozen authentic ones at our store) to a rich seafood or chicken stock soup.
Another way to eat it is the Fuzhou specialty, stirred noodles (ban mien), which are seasoned with green onion oil or peanut paste.
It's very easy to make, but it's delicious and has a slightly junky taste that makes it addictive. We also recommend eating it as rou mien, which is similar to Japanese tsukesoba.
This is a super rare limited edition item that you will be addicted to once you try it!
These raw noodles are actually quite difficult to obtain in Japan.
President: “Let’s look for it (= make sure you find it)”
Buyer: ``I've been winning a lot of places, but I can't find anything that matches the quality and conditions.''
President: “I’m sure there is. Let’s look for more (= be sure to find it).”
After the usual back and forth, I finally found a buyer.
At first, we didn't notify customers or put up a POP, and we sold them secretly along with a simple price card with the product name and price written on it. However, these items are selling one after another. This is a highly recommended product that has become standard after seeing the results.
It comes with four balls, but two balls is enough for three people, so be careful.

Soybean noodles with a unique texture
Wu Pai Bean Tan (Soybean Soba) 150g
Next is soybean noodles (pea noodles). This is a standard item at Taiyo Market and is well received by customers. The way to eat it is the same as Hong Kong noodles, and the texture is not similar in Japan; it is a little hard, and it is a pleasure to chew it in your mouth.
Flavorful shrimp noodles and versatile egg noodles
Lastly, there are shrimp noodles and egg noodles. Shrimp noodles have a rich aroma, and many people have probably eaten them in Hong Kong.
Recommended for those who are tired of just noodles!
Noodles made with shrimp. Wonton noodles and abura soba are recommended. The shrimp has a strong taste, so the seasoning is simple but delicious! You can also mix it with your favorite seasonings such as oyster sauce or XO sauce.
Egg noodles are a versatile player that goes well with any dish.
The three noodles I introduced today are thin noodles that cook quickly, making them easy to make even when you're busy. Taiyo Market also has a variety of other wheat noodles, including sword-cut noodles , so be sure to try them out.
