Introducing recommended ways to eat Thai's popular sausages "Sai Ua" and "Sai Klok Isaan"

Finally, Thailand's famous sausages , Saiklok Isaan and Saiua , are now in stock! ! ! 💪

Saiklok Isaan (round and cute looking) is a delicious sausage from the Isaan region that contains pork, Thai sticky rice (khao niao), and vermicelli.

I'm sure many of you have been to Isan, but the Isan region is located in the northeastern part of Thailand, and is surrounded by Laos and Cambodia.

The northern region in particular is close to Laos in terms of history, language, culture, and food culture, and when I asked my Lao friends, they said, ``You won't have any problems even if you go to Isaan.'' The characters are also quite similar.

I think you can often see the character Isan in Thai restaurants in Japan. Although it was not a historically rich region, it has produced many masterpieces.

Much of what we know as Thai food, such as som tam, gai yan, and larb, originates from Isaan.

One of Isaan's famous sausages is Saiklok Isaan. These are the ones that are often hung in strings at food stalls in Thailand.

Since it is a fermented sausage, it has a good balance of richness and sourness. Another feature is that it has sticky rice inside. It's bliss when you stuff your mouth with something plumply baked!

Isan cuisine is often seen in Bangkok.

Many of you may have had the opportunity to eat Saiklok Isaan in Bangkok.
You can enjoy that nostalgic taste at home starting today.

The other one is Cyua .

Sai ua is also a delicious Thai sausage, but it is not originally from Isan but from Chiang Mai, Thailand's second largest city, on the northern plateau.

This is also a famous sausage, so many people may have had it before.

Pork is mixed with bimak roe (this is the source of the good aroma!), cilantro, lemongrass, turmeric, etc., giving it a highly fragrant, complex, and deep flavor.

It has a flavor that Asia is proud of, which is not found in European sausages.

You can enjoy this at home starting tonight!
Be sure to grill or fry until crispy before eating.

We also recommend enjoying it with Thai beer !
