    商品説明

This rice noodle was born in the scenic city of Guilin.

Its history is said to date back to when Qin Shi Huang unified China.

As is well known, China is broadly divided into the north with a wheat culture and the south with a rice culture.

During the Qin Dynasty, a large number of soldiers born in the north were sent to Guilin, but they had a hard time getting used to the southern climate and rice eating habits. So a chef in Guilin processed rice into noodles, and they came up with a way to make them easier to eat like wheat noodles, and called them rice noodles (bee hoon). This was the beginning of Guilin bee hoon.

Guilin rice noodles are mainly eaten as soup noodles like ramen, but they are also used in a variety of other ways, such as stir-frying or as a noodle dish.

This product is surprisingly well-made and takes a long time to boil. Please enjoy the deliciousness of rice noodles to your heart's content.
