Developed jointly with curry maniac Curry Uncle \(^o^)-. We used spices and seasonings used in Chinese cuisine (star anise, Shaoxing wine, tofu, and pepper), chili oil to bring out the spiciness, and the key ingredient was chopped pork shoulder loin. I made this with the aim of being the best Chinese curry.
