Ingredients (for 4-6 people)

  • coconut milk 400cc
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • Milk 150cc
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • Appropriate amount of your favorite fruit

How to make

  1. Boil the tapioca in plenty of hot water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces
  3. Put coconut milk, milk, and sugar in a pot and heat it.
  4. Once the sugar has completely melted, remove from the heat.
  5. Leave the hot chai as is, or if you want to make it cold, remove the heat and cool it in the refrigerator.
  6. Place the fruit in a cup and pour the coconut milk soup over it.
