How to make
- Thaw dried tofu
- Finely chop the green pepper, mince the garlic, and combine with the green pepper.
- Boil water in a pot and blanch the dried tofu for about 1 minute.
- When the dried tofu becomes soft, add the green pepper and blanch for about 10 seconds, then remove.
- Pour some vegetable oil into another pot, and when the oil is hot, add the pork. Once it's lightly heated, add the minced garlic and chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add dried tofu and green pepper and stir-fry evenly.
- Adjust the taste with a little salt and soy sauce, and finally add a little chili oil and stir-fry evenly until done.
