This is the cut cap part of an edible jellyfish. First, wash it with water and soak it in hot water at 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. Remove salt by soaking in water for half a day to a day, changing the water frequently. Drain well and enjoy with vinegar or seasoning. *Due to the nature of the product, moisture will accumulate inside the bag, but this does not affect the quality.
