One of the three major oolong teas in Taiwan, this oolong tea is produced in the Wenshan area of northern Taiwan.
It is a lightly fermented oolong tea with a particularly low degree of fermentation among oolong teas, and has a taste similar to Japanese green tea. The tea leaves are hand-picked one by one and carefully kneaded into a dragon shape. Making this tea requires the advanced techniques and solid intuition of skilled craftsmen.
