This time, we will use laksa paste and coconut milk, which are very easy to make laksa.

Materials and method

  1. Lightly boil the shrimp and chicken.
  2. Add the ka (native ginger) and kaffir lime leaves. You can do without it, but adding it will give it a richer flavor.
  3. Remove the boiled shrimp and chicken and add the laksa paste. The amount of laksa paste may be surprising, but that's what makes laksa so special.
  4. Add coconut milk until it has a soup-like texture. The aroma of tom kha gai that permeates the kitchen will whet your appetite.
  5. It is served with boiled kuit tiao (a Thai version of the same rice noodles as pho) and topped with fried green onions and satay tom.
  6. It will be completed in about 10 minutes.

Laksa takes about the same amount of time to prepare as cup ramen, so you can enjoy it easily. After all, paste seasonings are great.

It's easy to make, so please try this richly flavored laksa whenever you have time.

We also recommend adding Laksa Leaf.
