Pho is Vietnam's national dish and is a flat noodle dish made from rice.

It is characterized by its smooth texture. Since the rice noodles are not fried in oil, they are gentle on the stomach and healthy.

Japan mainly uses wheat noodles such as udon and somen, but Southeast Asia is the world's largest rice trove, so rice noodles are the main ingredient. The representative noodle is Vietnamese Pho.

We will be introducing authentic instant pho made in the rice country of Vietnam to Japan for the first time. The soup has an exquisite chicken flavor with a light and herbal aroma, and a gentle taste with a hint of garlic.
