マコモタケは台湾で何度が食べたことがありますが、日本ではまだ珍しい野菜なので調理したのは初めてでした。ネットで調べて、牛肉と一緒に炒めて食べました。歯ざわりがよく、ほのかな甘みが美味しかったです。
