Used in Thai red curry. Add a small amount of salad oil to the curry paste and stir fry. Add 240ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add meat and continue to simmer. Add vegetables. When the vegetables are soft, add a small amount of sugar to taste and it's done.
